Lily is 6 months already!! CRAZY! She is so much fun and we are just enjoying every minute with her. She is so funny! She says maamaamaa, daadaadaa and a variety of other noises. However, just for the record...she said mmmaammma first :) Allen was very upset when he heard this and the very next day Lily started ddaaadaaaa.
When Lily was sick with RSV a few months ago she quit eating (she was only having breastmilk). We had to start introducing her baby food again and then she started teething and appetite decreased again. After weeks of trying a variety of baby foods all our little monkey wanted to eat was bananas. She refused to eat other fruits/veggies baby food so I began chopping up "real" green beans and peaches for her. She loved them. So, we now are eating bananas, green beans, and peaches! I'm going to introduce carrots in the next few days! The doctor said at this checkup that she has caught up with her height for her age and she is now 14.5 lbs!
